A minimum  of 4 sessions are required to start - for some clients this is enough to boost them on their way

others may  require up to 12 support sessions or longer .

Each person is different and therefore individual plans are discussed depending on your situation

Consultations: Clients are required to attend a full in depth consultation

before any coaching begins and is included in the package

Initial Appointment (50 min) – I will undertake a full medical and lifestyle consultation, If your happy to proceed you will sign the wellbeing coaching agreement, I will send you my questionnaire. Once the questionnaire is returned I may make recommendations for you to undertake other tests to enable us to get more information on your health concern/ health goal, and will likely ask you to complete more information for the next appointment.

Follow up appointment (50min) - Discuss questionnaire, Discuss personalised strategy to support your goals.  Review of tests (if applicable).

4 -Appointment Package:  

Special price of £180.00 until 1st December 2019 (Will then be £285.00)

Price includes Initial appointment and 3 follow up appointments (4 – 8 week programme)

Julz is a qualified in  awareness of mental health problems - specialising in stress, anxiety & wellbeing  ABC accredited Cognitive behavioural therapy  & Psychotherapy for life coaching and wellbeing management., FHT accredited Nutrition.

FHT accredited Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia and ME also covers Thyroid and Adrenal issues

She has also undertaken NFM family mediation face to face training
